These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Keepsakes Co. website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and Personalization

Because many Keepsakes Co. products are personalized, please carefully review all spelling, names, dates, wording and personalization details before submitting your order. Products are created using the information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered production.

2. Product Appearance

Our products are individually made and may have natural variations in wood grain, colour, knots and other characteristics. Laser engraving may also vary slightly from piece to piece. These natural variations are part of the character of handmade wooden products.

Colours shown on screens may vary from the actual product.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability and promotions may change without notice.

Payment must be received before an order is processed.

4. Processing and Shipping

Orders are made and prepared for shipping according to the processing time stated on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

5. Personalized Products and Returns

Because personalized products are made specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for return or exchange simply because the customer changes their mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the issue so we can determine the appropriate resolution.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests cannot always be accommodated once production has begun.

7. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product designs, written content, logos, graphics and other content appearing on the Keepsakes Co. website are owned by or licensed to Keepsakes Co. and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page.
